Referral program terms

The offer

PA Web Host will pay up to 15 $100 referral rewards per calendar year for qualifying purchases attributed through active referral keys. The annual position is assigned to the year shown on the cleared setup-payment date and the cap resets January 1; unused positions do not carry forward. 15 of 15 reward positions remain for 2026. Displayed availability is informational until a purchase is formally qualified.

What qualifies

• The referred business must be new to PA Web Host.
• The business must intentionally submit the contact form connected to the active referral key before receiving a quote.
• The business must purchase the Starter website package at $295 setup plus $19/month Website Care.
• The setup payment must clear and remain valid for 30 days.
• Only one referrer may receive credit for a customer; the first valid keyed form wins.

What does not qualify

• Self-referrals, duplicate customers, test submissions, existing conversations, refunded or charged-back purchases.
• Reviews, testimonials, ratings, social likes, or positive statements. The program never pays for these.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, misleading claims, impersonation, brand bidding, prohibited marketplace posts, or promises made on PA Web Host's behalf.

Required disclosure

Whenever recommending PA Web Host, the referrer must clearly say: “I may receive a $100 referral reward if you purchase through my link.”

Payout

PA Web Host manually reviews eligibility and uses PayPal Payouts Web to send an approved $100 reward to the referrer's confirmed PayPal or U.S. Venmo destination. The referrer is responsible for accurate payout information and applicable taxes. Unclaimed, blocked, returned, or incorrect payouts may require additional verification before reissue.

Program control

PA Web Host may suspend a key, reject fraud or policy violations, and end or change the program prospectively. A change does not erase an already qualified and approved reward. Nothing creates employment, agency, exclusivity, or authority to bind PA Web Host.

Privacy

The system stores the information necessary to verify referrers, receive keyed contact forms, determine rewards, and keep payment records. Payout destinations are encrypted at rest. Referral links do not use attribution cookies or click tracking. Administrative security uses a separate essential session cookie.
